GGVSEB 2023 ONLINE - Schulung zum Gefahrgutrecht
Die Rechtsvorschriften für die Gefahrgutbeförderung (ADR) und die Gefahrgutverordnung Straße, Eisenbahn und Binnenschifffahrt (GGVSEB) werden in jedem ungeraden Jahr aktualisiert.
Die ADR 8.2.3 schreibt vor, dass Personen, die an der Beförderung gefährlicher Güter auf der Straße beteiligt sind, unterwiesen sein müssen. Die Unterweisung ist in regelmäßigen Abständen durch Auffrischungskurse zu erneuern, um Änderungen in den Vorschriften Rechnung zu tragen. Damit fallen alle Kälteanlagenbauerfachbetriebe, die Druckgasflaschen transportieren, unter die Verpflichtung, ihre Mitarbeiter in der Regel alle zwei Jahre zur Beförderung gefährlicher Güter zu unterweisen.
