The Federal Technical College for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in Maintal is the seat of the school's governing body and was founded in 1965. It is characterised by its inter-company training and the opportunity to train as a master craftsman on a full-time or part-time basis. The school has two refrigeration workshops, a mechanical workshop and a refrigeration, electrical and machine laboratory.


A boarding school with 123 rooms is available for the accommodation of our guests.

Of course, the boarding school is not only available to our students. A room contingent is also available for seminar and course participants. It is definitely worth making an enquiry.

The amount of the rental fee depends on several factors (rental period, type of event, room facilities).

The rooms

There are 123 single rooms available at the school's boarding school. The rooms are modernly equipped and have a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Shared rooms are available for trainees.
