Registration
The number of participants in our courses is limited for didactic reasons. Please therefore register in good time to secure a place. You will receive a written confirmation. When registering, please state the correct invoice address (including order no. etc.). We charge a fee of 15,- € for a subsequent change of the invoice.
You need a room Maintal
You are welcome to reserve a room in our school's own boarding school. A reservation contract is created between you and us. In the event of a change of date on your part, please inform us in good time, at the latest, however, one day before the agreed arrival date. Otherwise we will have to charge you the room price.
Harztor
We will send you a list of private guesthouses and hotels in our vicinity after you have registered. You can then make your own room reservations.
Participation fee
The invoices for the course fees (participation fee plus VAT at the legally valid rate) will be issued by the Hesse-Thuringia/Baden-Württemberg State Guild of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology (sponsor of the Federal Technical College) approximately 10 days or, in the case of courses lasting several weeks, 4 weeks before the start of the course. We request that payment be made by bank transfer without deduction by the specified payment deadline. We reserve the right to adjust fees in line with general price increases.
Cancellation conditions
Seminars: You can cancel a booked seminar in writing at least one week before the start of the course without incurring any costs. After this date, we will unfortunately have to charge you 25% of the seminar fee. If the cancellation does not take place until the day of the course or if the participant is absent without notification, the full seminar fee will be charged.
Modules/specialist assistants: You can cancel a booked module or specialist assistant course week in writing up to 4 weeks before the start of the course without incurring any costs. Cancellation fees of 50% of the course fees will be charged for later cancellations. If the cancellation does not take place until the day of the course or if the participant is absent without notification, the full fee will be charged.
If we have to cancel a seminar
We make every effort to hold every announced seminar. Nevertheless, it may happen that we have to cancel a seminar, e.g. if a lecturer is ill or if there are too few registrations. In any case, we will inform you as soon as possible. Any participation fees already paid will of course be refunded to you without being requested to do so. We cannot accept any further claims.
Changes
It is possible that there may be deviations from the announcement, e.g. updates to the content or a change of lecturer.
Course documents
Participants in our seminars/modules receive detailed documentation. The copyright for these documents is held by the Federal College of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology. The documents may not be reproduced, digitised or passed on without written consent.
Your data
All participant data collected will be stored and processed exclusively for your personal support or for the submission of training offers. We assure you that your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

Registration

If too many people register, we will put your registration on the waiting list. Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a written confirmation. A registration fee of € 25.00 is due with your registration. You will receive the invoice for this with the course confirmation.
Room
Maintal: You are welcome to reserve a room in our school's own boarding school. A reservation contract will be made between you and us. If you change the date of your course, please inform us in good time, at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the course. Otherwise we will have to charge you 50% of one month's rent. The notice period for tenants is 2 months.
Harztor: In Niedersachswerfen, please contact providers there directly. (see www.bfs-kaelte -klima.de under Harztor).
Leonberg: For your overnight stay in Leonberg you will find hotels, holiday flats and rooms at www.Leonberg.de/Kultur-Tourismus/Übernachtung-und-Gastro.
Participation fee
The course fee invoices (participation fee VAT-free according to current VAT laws) will be issued by the State Guild of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology Hesse-Thuringia/Baden-Württemberg (sponsor of the Federal Technical College) approximately 4 to 8 weeks before the start of the course. We request that payment be made without deductions by the payment deadlines stated on the invoice. Should it not be possible to make the transfer on time for comprehensible reasons (payment via LVA, etc.), please inform us immediately. We reserve the right to adjust fees in line with general price increases.
Cancellation conditions
You can cancel a booked course in writing up to 12 weeks before the course starts without incurring any costs - the registration fee will not be refunded. If you cancel later, we will have to charge you € 250.00. In case of non-attendance on the 1st day of the course without prior written cancellation, the 1st instalment or 1st semester fee according to the fee invoice will be due.
Early termination of the course
The school board reserves the right to terminate the educational measure of a participant prematurely in the following cases: - considerable absences without sufficient excuse - serious violations of the house and school rules - default of payment.
Changes
It is possible that there may be deviations from the course announcement, e.g. changes to the timetable, adaptation of course content or a change of lecturer. In justified situations, we reserve the right to conduct the course for a limited period of time as distance learning (online).
Course documents
Participants in our courses receive detailed documentation, partly in electronic form. The copyright for these documents is held by the Bundesfachschule. The documents may not be reproduced or passed on to third parties without written consent. The digitisation of printed documents is not permitted.
