Lecksuche und Dichtheitsprüfung in der Kältetechnik: Sachkundequalifikation nach Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2015/2067 (Kat. IV)


Theoretischer Teil:

  • Grundlagen der Lecksuche und Dichtheitsprüfung

  • Verbindungstechniken und deren Schwachstellen

  • Dichtheitsprüfverfahren und deren Bewertung

  • Lecksuche bei F-Gasen, NH3, CO2 und Kohlenwasserstoffen

  • Prüfgase zur Dichtheitsprüfung (Kältemittel und Formiergas)

  • Physikalische Zusammenhänge (Strömung, Flüssigkeit, Berechnungen)

  • Verordnungen, Normen und Richtlinien

  • Führen des Betriebshandbuches (Dokumentation)

  • Erkennen und Beseitigen von Störeinflüssen

 

Praktischer Teil:

  • Praktischer Einsatz verschiedener Leckdetektoren an Testlecks und Anlagen inkl. Laborübung

  • Funktionsprüfung der Leckdetektoren



Ziel

Der Teilnehmer darf mit dem erworbenen Sachkundenachweis nach DVO (EU) 2015/2067 Kat. IV die Dichtheitsprüfung ohne Eingriff in den Kältemittelkreislauf einschließlich Ergebnisdokumentation im Betriebshandbuch durchführen. Er ist in der Lage, Prüfverfahren für verschiedene Anforderungen und Kältemittel auszuwählen, Prüfungen durchzuführen und deren Ergebnisse zu bewerten. Der Teilnehmer erkennt Störquellen und kann diese gezielt umgehen.

Meister, Techniker, Facharbeiter, Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik/Kälteanlagenbauer, Betreiber, Mitarbeiter von Service

Abschluss

Schriftliche und praktische Prüfung; Zertifikat Sachkundequalifikation der Kategorie IV gemäß der aktuell geltenden DVO.
